As a Sales Manager at Cult, you will be responsible for driving center sales and managing on-ground teams and franchise partners. Your main focus will be on monitoring revenue metrics, planning initiatives, and conducting regular business reviews to ensure the success of the fitness centers. Your key responsibilities will include planning and achieving center-wise revenue targets, monitoring key revenue metrics, maintaining relevant dashboards, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be required to conduct market visits to gather insights at a micro-market and center level and strategize with the team to achieve targets. To excel in this role, you should have a full-time graduate or postgraduate degree with at least 4 years of experience in sales and stakeholder management. Experience across multiple geographies in India will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are essential for this position.
