City Operations Head

Your role in detail:

Hotel Operations Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end operations of all Z Hotels across Bangalore, ensuring smooth functioning, high service standards, and operational efficiency.

P&L Management:

• Take full ownership of the P&L for the region, driving revenue, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

Audit & Compliance:

• Conduct regular operational audits to ensure adherence to SOPs, statutory requirements, and brand standards.

Customer Experience:

• Monitor guest feedback, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor property managers and operational staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining a high-performance culture.

Business Strategy:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define city-level business strategies, implement new processes, and execute initiatives for growth.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and cost optimization.
