As an experienced business head for the Hyderabadi region, your role will involve overseeing the business operations and driving revenue and efficiency across multiple clinics. Your strong background in driving business growth, operations, team management, and a passion for operational excellence will be crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Clinic Expansion and Operations Management: - Lead the expansion of the clinic network in alignment with strategic business goals. - Oversee day-to-day operations for 10+ clinics, ensuring seamless service delivery and high patient satisfaction levels. - Develop and maintain vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, and escalation management. - Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all clinics. - Team Management: - Lead and manage a team of 25+ professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to achieve operational goals. - PnL Management: - Oversee Profit and Loss (PnL) management for clinics, focusing on revenue optimization and cost control. - Plan and execute local area marketing activities and BTL activations to drive demand and patient footfall, contributing to overall clinic revenue. - Streamline processes, optimize resources, and improve operational performance to maximize profitability. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business unit expansion and operations management, preferably in healthcare or a related industry. - 5+ years of experience in managing operations and PnL for multiple business units. - Demonstrated success in regional operations management and achieving measurable results. - Proven ability to manage large teams and oversee multiple clinics simultaneously. - Proficiency in data analysis using Excel/Google Spreadsheet and reporting for informed decision-making.
