Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and street-smart person to join our City Business Team.

Your main role will be to bring new restaurants on board and hire delivery partners in your city.

This is a field-focused role that requires strong communication, local networking, and the ability to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new restaurants to the Pesito platform.

Recruit and manage delivery boys in your assigned city.

Build strong relationships with restaurant partners and delivery partners.

Ensure smooth execution of onboarding processes.

Support the city team in achieving growth targets.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma preferred (but not mandatory).

Experience: Freshers are welcome – no prior experience required.

Skills:

Good communication in Malayalam & basic English.

Street-smart and able to work independently.

Passion for building strong local connections.
