Job Description

As a City Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations and maintenance of the organization's fleet. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing scheduling and dispatch operations for vehicles and drivers - Evaluating, purchasing, leasing, and disposing of vehicles to maintain the fleet - Developing and maintaining vendor and service provider relationships for fuel, maintenance, and other essential services - Looking after the safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs for the drivers - Managing a team of Hub Supervisors and Technicians - Ensuring that project/department milestones/goals are met Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in fleet management or a related field - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities The company also provides the following benefits: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
