Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling field Engineers / Technical teamsResolving customer complaints/issues in the fieldEnsure implementation and adherence to SOPs and systemsCustomer relationship managementCoordination with the CX team for Complaint closureCoordination with the cross-functional teamFleet vehicle and Battery managementImproving product and brand image in the region

About The Candidate

Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering with min. 7//8 years of experience as Area / Territory Manager / Regional Manager with OEM in 3-wheelers / commercial / EV / Battery Service and maintenance.Strong leadership and management skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesNeed to be already based in BangaloreAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
