Role Description

This is an internship role for a City Coordinator Intern. The City Coordinator Intern will be responsible for helping organize and execute events, coordinating with various stakeholders, and promoting activities. Daily tasks include managing event logistics, engaging with participants, assisting in marketing efforts, and reporting on event outcomes. This is a hybrid role located in Chandigarh, allowing some work from home.

Qualifications

• Event planning, coordination, and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Marketing and promotional skills, including social media marketing
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of community engagement and intergenerational programming is a plus
• Bachelor's or ongoing degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
