Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise
:

Extensive hands-on experience with
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
,
Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
, and Citrix Cloud.
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Windows Server
(2016/2019/2022),
Active Directory
, and Group Policy.
Proficiency in hypervisor platforms like
VMware vSphere
and
Hyper-V
.
Familiarity with storage solutions and integration with Citrix environments.

Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization
:

Advanced skills in diagnosing complex Citrix-related issues, including network latency, user experience, and application performance.
Strong scripting skills (PowerShell preferred) for automation and process improvement.

Networking and Security
:

Solid understanding of networking concepts such as VLANs, load balancing, DNS, and SSL.
Experience with Citrix ADC configurations, including load balancing and gateway setups.

Soft Skills
:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications
:

Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V) or Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization (CCE-V).
Relevant Microsoft, VMware, or networking certifications.

Experience
:

8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with at least 5 years dedicated to Citrix engineering at an advanced level.
Proven track record in large-scale Citrix implementations and optimizations.

Work Conditions

Availability of on-call support for critical incidents.
Flexibility to work during off-hours or weekends when required.
