Citrix Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Citrix environments including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Director, and Citrix Studio.
• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for load balancing and remote access.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to Citrix components and Windows servers.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure optimal user experience.
• Implement and maintain profile management using Citrix Profile Management or FSLogix.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Provide technical support and resolve escalated issues related to Citrix and virtualization.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Citrix administration.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and Citrix Cloud.
• Experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Citrix Director, ControlUp, or eG Innovations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Citrix certifications such as CCA-V, CCP-V, or CCE-V are a plus.
• Netscaler, PVS, StoreFront, Good knowledge on Intune, Powershell, AD, SCOM.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Citrix Cloud and hybrid deployments.
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or other cloud-based VDI solutions.
• Exposure to ITIL practices and service management tools like ServiceNow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹309,462.49 - ₹1,317,909.07 per year
