Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML algorithms and models to solve real-world business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Research and stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, ML, and Deep Learning technologies.
• Develop data pipelines and preprocessing workflows for training and deployment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance and scalability.
• Conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and enhance AI system capabilities.
• Deploy AI models in production environments with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for AI models and processes.
  

Minimum Requirements

• Strong experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras).
• Proficiency in Python (mandatory) and familiarity with R or Java.
• Hands-on experience in Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices for deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to work with large datasets and build scalable AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with server-side deployment and optimizing AI pipelines.
