Role Overview: As a Cisco UCCE L2 at TechFastConsult, you will be responsible for configuring and managing the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) to ensure the smooth operation of contact center solutions. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, resolving escalations, and collaborating with IT and support teams to maintain system performance and enhance client satisfaction. This full-time hybrid role, based in Noida, offers some work-from-home flexibility. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and manage the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) to ensure smooth operation of contact center solutions - Troubleshoot issues and resolve escalations related to contact center components such as ICM, CUIC, CVP, PGs, and Finesse - Collaborate with IT and support teams to maintain system performance and enhance client satisfaction - Provide periodic knowledge transfer to teams and ensure effective communication within the organization Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with Cisco UCCE/PCCE Contact Center Solution - Proficiency in troubleshooting contact center components such as ICM, CUIC, CVP, PGs, and Finesse - Experience with telephony components like CUCM and Gateway configurations - Familiarity with Verint (AQM/CR) will be an added advantage - Knowledge or working experience with Windows Server and SQL Database server - Proficiency in ICM scripting using Script Editor and UCCE Database Schema - Familiarity with Incident & Change management process and ITIL process - Collaboration experience with OEM for escalated cases Role Overview: As a Cisco UCCE L2 at TechFastConsult, you will be responsible for configuring and managing the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) to ensure the smooth operation of contact center solutions.
