Job Description

As an L3 Support Cisco Voice - SA Level, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline along with a minimum of 10+ years of experience and a total of 12+ years of IT experience. - Possess at least 8+ years of experience in Cisco Telephony and VoIP, as well as experience in Video Conferencing and Contact Center operations. - Manage the administration and maintenance of a complex enterprise communications architecture that offers integrated voice, video, and web services. - Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Cisco Unified Communication Manager for supporting, troubleshooting, and designing/deploying solutions. - Hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft Teams Telephony, Video, and Chat services. - Proficient in Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco UCCX, VOIP Telephony, and other Cisco Communication Products. - Familiarity with Cisco Telepresence products such as Cisco Telepresence Management Suite, Multipoint Control Units, Video Communications Servers, ISDN Gateways, SIP Gateways, Telepresence Content Servers, and Cisco endpoints. - Responsible for UCCX design, administration, and maintenance. - Manage Cisco VOIP telephony and collaboration services both On-Prem and in the Cloud. - Possess expert skills and experience in handling Cisco Voice Gateways and SBCs. - Experience and core knowledge in supporting voice protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP. - Mandatory requirement of proficient level Cisco certifications. - Maintain, configure, and sustain the Cisco VoIP network. - Advantageous to have L1/L2 knowledge in Data Networking. Please note that the job location is either in Chennai or Bangalore, and the working hours are on a 24*7 basis. Kindly ensure that you meet the qualifications mentioned above and have the required experience to excel in this role.,
