CIRT Lead

Scope

The Crisis Response Lead is responsible for handling/responding to emergencies/critical incidents and ensuring the safety and security of all employees, contractors and visitors at the client site. CR Lead will be located remotely/on-site and will act as the first-line leader of responder and primary contact for all emergencies.

• CR Lead will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, provides guidance and direction to team members, and ensures that the CR operates effectively and efficiently during emergency situations.
• The CR Lead will carry out the necessary coordination and liaison with medical, fire or law enforcement agencies as the situation demands.
• The CR Lead will provide all necessary support to employees for speedy evacuation, treatment or extrication if needed.
• The CR Lead will take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of the employee(s) involved including requisitioning additional resources as deemed fit.
• The CR Lead will be in constant touch with the Client/Jaguar security team. Client/Jaguar Security team will be the nodal agency for dealing with the crisis and pass instructions to the response team as required.

Required attributes/skills

CR Lead should have proven ability and experience in management, command, and leadership of people. He should be physically fit, mentally alert, educated, and capable of handling emergencies.

Desired qualifications/experience

• Preferably Ex-army
• Minimum experience of 12 years in in a similar position or role in the military, law enforcement, public safety, private security, and paramedic/rescue services.
• Qualification- Graduate or equivalent
• Experience in handling crisis situations
• Trained in Fire & Safety, First Aid.
• Leadership qualities
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Good communication skills
