Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution:

Developing and implementing strategies to achieve the circle's business objectives, including sales targets, market share, and customer satisfaction.

• Operational Efficiency:

Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across all departments within the circle, including network management, customer service, and sales.

• Revenue and Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding revenue targets, sales quotas, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for the circle.

• Team Management and Development:

Leading and managing teams of employees, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation.

• Budget Management:

Planning and managing the circle's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.

• Stakeholder Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

• Market Analysis and Strategy:

Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, as well as managing operational risks.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior management, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Innovation and Process Improvement:

Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
