The role of Circle Head-NRI in Retail Liabilities entails driving NRI NTB acquisition through various channels and teams in the region, including branches and Dedicated NRI FOS (RM & ROM). The primary objective is to collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ensure effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening, with a P&L responsibility contributing to larger branch banking channel objectives. Responsibilities include managing a team of NRI RM & RO in the Zone, recruiting and retaining NRI RM & RO, tracking NRI FOS resource productivity, and engaging with specific segments such as Sea-farer, Corporate Salary, Chartered Accounts, Offshore & Local NRI for specific events. The role also involves driving references to BOC channels for customers who are not in the country, working on NRI CASA build-up, FX remittance, and product penetration from existing customers. Additionally, ensuring product and process training and percolation to NRI FOS and Branch teams of the Zone, maintaining quality of sourcing/ FTNR/ KYC, managing customer-centric operations, and achieving customer satisfaction by meeting delivery and service quality norms are crucial responsibilities. The role also involves evaluating growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback, recommending process changes for service efficiency and quality improvement, facilitating a customer-centric branch channel, and monitoring branch network expansion as per the defined business plan. In terms of managerial and leadership responsibilities, the Circle Head-NRI is expected to attract and retain top talent for key roles within their reporting structure, monitor key parameters related to employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates, and provide necessary support to enable teams to achieve growth targets. Educational qualifications required for this role include a Graduate degree in any field and a Post Graduate degree in MBA Finance from Tier I institutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of relevant branch banking experience.,
