Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for hiring, developing, and driving sales from Top Financial Advisors/Financial Distributors of competition to increase revenue for the Agency Channel. The Elite Vertical, a dedicated vertical under the Agency Channel, focuses on recruiting and developing top-performing advisors/financial distributors. Key Responsibilities: - Identify the top financial/general insurance/health insurance distributors in the assigned territory from the competition. - Pitch Max-Life Agency Career Opportunity through career seminars/presentations/meetings. - Understand the value proposition, onboarding process, and regulations related to the Top Advisor/Business Associate. - Hire and onboard top advisors and business associates after conducting career seminars and presentations to meet the defined recruitment plan. - Drive sales from the team of top advisors/business associates and financial distributors to meet the defined sales plans. - Maintain the quality of sales by ensuring the persistency standards of the channel. - Adhere to the desired input behaviors to drive sales and recruitment. - Periodically train and develop advisors for new product launches and communicate any changes in company guidelines/policies. - Manage field operations by coordinating with Operations and DSDO for sales and recruitment. Measures of Success: - Hiring and driving activation of top advisors/financial distributors from the competition. - Conduct career seminars/meetings with top advisors/financial distributors. - Meet sales and recruitment plan consistently. - Maintain persistency, advisor productivity & retention. - Adhere to input behaviors. Qualification Required: - Graduate with 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in the insurance sector. - Proven record of leading front-line sales in financial services, preferably in insurance. - Should have exposure and experience in process-driven, quality sales organizations. - Familiarity with skills in recruitment, driving sales, and activation.
