Role Overview
We are seeking a cinematographer / photographer who has a strong eye for detail, loves storytelling through visuals, and is excited to learn and grow with a creative team. Your primary responsibility will be to photograph and film our handcrafted products in ways that capture their uniqueness and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities

• Product photography: Take high-quality, well-lit photos of products including lifestyle shots, flat lays, and close-ups that highlight craftsmanship
• Videography: Shoot aesthetically pleasing videos of products – including process videos, storytelling pieces, and product highlights
• Editing: Edit photos and videos for website, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Creative direction: Conceptualize and suggest new ways to visually present products
• Studio setup & lighting: Set up scenes, backdrops, and lighting to enhance product presentation
• Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and design team to meet content needs and deadlines
• Stay updated: Research trends in product videography/photography and incorporate fresh ideas into shoots

• You have a keen eye for detail and a natural aesthetic sense
• You are proactive, self-motivated, and not afraid to take initiative
• You have basic to advanced knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and editing tools
• You are always willing to learn new things and push creative boundaries
• You can manage time efficiently and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• You’re a team player who is open to feedback and collaboration

Requirements

• Experience in product photography and/or videography (handicrafts, fashion, or home decor experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, or similar
• Understanding of lighting, framing, and composition
• A portfolio or samples of work that demonstrate your skills
• (Optional but preferred) Experience with reels and short-form content for social media
