Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality

  videos and photos

  for restaurant clients (food, ambience, events, staff profiles, etc.).
• Capture

  creative short-form content

  (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) optimized for social media engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop

  storyboards and shoot concepts

  aligned with campaign goals.
• Handle

  lighting, framing, and camera setup

  to produce professional-grade visuals.
• Use

  own camera gear

  and ensure quality footage under different lighting conditions.
• Coordinate with video editors to ensure smooth post-production workflow.
• Stay updated with the latest

  filming trends, camera techniques, and social media video formats.

• Occasionally travel to client locations within Pune for shoots.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience

  in videography, cinematography, or related field.
• Proficient in handling DSLR or mirrorless cameras (Canon, Sony, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of

  composition, lighting, and color.

• Basic knowledge of

  video editing software

  (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
• Experience shooting for

  restaurants, food brands, or hospitality businesses

  preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage shoot schedules effectively.
• Must have own

  camera and essential filming equipment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in

  drone videography

  or 360° content creation.
• Familiarity with

  AI-based video enhancement tools.

• Basic understanding of

  social media trends and ad creatives.
