Chit Funds Manager

A private limited CHIT FUND Company which is registered and regulated under the Chit Fund Act, 1982 (and state-specific rules in Tamil Nadu) is looking to hire a MANAGER - CHIT FUNDS for their HOSUR BRANCH.

The role involves managing branch operations, driving business growth, and building strong customer and agent networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead branch operations in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Drive business growth through customer acquisition and retention
• Build, manage, and expand a strong agency network to support business targets
• Motivate and guide the branch team and agents to achieve goals
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in chit funds / NBFC / banking / financial services
• Proven ability to develop and manage agency networks
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
