A private limited CHIT FUND Company which is registered and regulated under the Chit Fund Act, 1982 (and state-specific rules in Tamil Nadu) is looking to hire a MANAGER - CHIT FUNDS for their HOSUR BRANCH. The role involves managing branch operations, driving business growth, and building strong customer and agent networks. Key Responsibilities: Lead branch operations in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines Drive business growth through customer acquisition and retention Build, manage, and expand a strong agency network to support business targets Motivate and guide the branch team and agents to achieve goals Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred) 5+ years of experience in chit funds / NBFC / banking / financial services Proven ability to develop and manage agency networks Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
