Job Title: Chinese Chef

Location: Sector 17, Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chinese Chef to join our culinary team in Sector 17, Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine, including stir-fried dishes, noodles, soups, dim sum, and fried rice, with a focus on taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of Chinese dishes with consistency and high quality.
• Plan and manage inventory of Chinese ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor food portions and waste to reduce costs.
• Train and assist junior kitchen staff where necessary.
• Innovate and update the menu with seasonal and customer-favorite items.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (FSSAI standards).

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Chinese Chef or Cook.
• Deep knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per month
