Job Description

Job Title: Chinese Chef

Location: Bandra West , Mumbai

Experience - 1 year - 3 years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to prepare authentic Chinese dishes. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Chinese cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (Starters, Main Course, Noodles, Rice, etc.)
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering ingredients
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or Cook
Knowledge of Chinese sauces, spices, and cooking styles
Ability to work under pressure and in a team
Basic understanding of kitchen safety and cleanliness
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
