Prepares Chinese starters, mains, gravies, soups, and manages wok-style cooking for hotel dining guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare authentic Chinese food.
  • Maintain inventory and sauces.

  • Follow food safety guidelines.

Profile Requirements:

  • Specialized training in Chinese cuisine.
  • 2+ years in a hotel/restaurant kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of stir-fry and plating.

Skills:

  • Wok handling and sauces.
  • Cleanliness and time management.
  • Quick preparation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
