Job Description

  • Station Management: Set up, stock, and maintain a specific cooking station (e.g., grill, fry, pastry).
  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare ingredients (marinating, cutting) and cook dishes according to recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Staff Supervision: Train, guide, and direct commis chefs and kitchen porters on their shift.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to strict food safety standards (like FSSAI) and keep the work area clean and sanitized.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor supplies, manage stock rotation, and order ingredients for their section.
  • Menu Contribution: Help develop new dishes and refine existing recipes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
