Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

Create detailed fabrication drawings for kitchen chimney components.
Select appropriate materials (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum) based on durability and heat resistance.
Integrate modern technologies like auto-clean systems and filterless designs.

Fabrication Oversight

Supervise the manufacturing process to ensure precision and quality.
Coordinate with production teams to meet design specifications and timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety and ISO standards.

Technology Integration
Implement features like:

Auto-clean systems
using dry heat to melt grease and direct it to an oil collector.
Filterless architecture
for better airflow and reduced maintenance.
Smart sensors
that activate the chimney based on heat or gesture control.

Quality Assurance
Conduct inspections and testing of fabricated units.
Troubleshoot issues related to suction, noise, or structural integrity.
Maintain documentation for quality control and compliance audits.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in CAD software for design.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and airflow dynamics.
Familiarity with fabrication techniques like welding, bending, and cutting.
