Job Summary:

We are looking for a female Senior Executive to manage and promote our mother and child care products, including breast pumps and related accessories. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer education, product demonstrations, and empathetic engagement with mothers. She will play a vital role in product promotion, support, and training, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and counsel new and expecting mothers on the safe and effective use of breast pumps and related products.
• Conduct in-person or virtual product demonstrations at hospitals, clinics, or customer homes as required.
• Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and handling queries related to product use.
• Build strong relationships with gynecologists, pediatricians, and lactation consultants to generate referrals.
• Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, or small-group sessions on breastfeeding and postnatal care.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service logs.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Handle inventory and product sampling for the assigned area.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach in all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or any related field.
• Female candidate only (as the role involves direct interaction with mothers in a sensitive category).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in mother & baby care products, healthcare, or wellness support roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and local language.
• Knowledge of breastfeeding support, baby wellness products, and women’s health is highly preferred.
• Comfortable with product demonstrations and travel for hospital visits, camps, and home visits.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
