Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with an investment responsibility at WINLegally. The CTO will oversee all technical aspects of the company, including software development, IT strategy, and architecture. They will lead project management efforts, contribute to product development, and ensure the technology strategy aligns with business goals, helping us pivoting us into a whole new dimension. Daily tasks include managing and building the core technical teams, overseeing product development projects from concept to completion, and implementing innovative solutions to improve company processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Software Development, AI based software's from scratch, Product Development, and Architecture
• Willing to invest in our vision for in the future
• Having the mindset of an entrepreneur, not a job seeker.
• Proven experience in Project Management and IT Strategy
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the legal-tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is not necessary in case you are still in college it is better.
