Recently we have initiated our Defence vertical in our associate Company and looking forward for a strong team in R&D lead by CTO having experience in Defence Drones and Anti Drone solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Defence, located in Gurugram. The CTO will oversee the R&D, development and execution of technical projects and initiatives for Drones and Anti Drones within the company. Responsibilities include leading software development, managing IT strategy and architecture, overseeing product development, and coordinating project management activities for Armed Forces. The CTO will work closely with other executive team members to ensure technological resources align with the company's business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development for Drones and Anti Drones for Armed Forces
• Experience in working with Defence sector,DRDO or RRU
• Experience in Project Management and R &D Strategy
• Strong understanding of Architecture
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in the defence industry is a plus
