Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at our company located in Nava vadaj, Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in leading the technology function and serving as the primary expert for all technical and automation requirements. Your responsibilities will involve architecting, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven workflows and automation systems using modern tools. You will be expected to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms for various projects, collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure technical solutions align with business and client needs. Furthermore, you will audit and enhance internal systems, processes, and sheets to improve efficiency, automation, and real-time reporting. Striking a balance between no-code/low-code efficiency and coding expertise will be essential for developing custom solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing timely problem-solving and technical guidance across teams. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in AI and automation workflows, along with a solid understanding of no-code/low-code platforms (such as Make, n8n, Zapier, Integromat) and AI-driven tools (including ChatGPT, LangChain, RPA). Your ability to design and integrate automation-first technical solutions will be critical for scaling operations and client delivery. Familiarity with CRM and business tools like Zoho One, Airtable, or similar platforms is required. Strong coding skills in languages like JavaScript, PHP, Python, or similar are necessary for developing custom solutions. Knowledge of the digital marketing technology stack, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools, would be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technology roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or CTO/Tech Lead capacity. Proven experience in building automation workflows and AI-powered solutions is a must. You should also demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and deploy new technologies as required. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
