Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology for our high-speed EV charging solutions and POS-based transit systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technology roadmap for EV charger

Oversee R&D in power electronics, embedded systems, OCPP, cloud & IoT.

Build and scale POS transit systems (NCMC, QR, UPI, EMV, RFID).

Integrate payment platforms with EV chargers and transit devices.

Ensure compliance with AIS-138, NCMC, PCI-DSS, EMV, ISO 15118.

Manage multi-disciplinary teams across hardware, firmware, POS, and software.

  • Lead R&D across

    power electronics, embedded systems, OCPP, cloud & IoT

  • Build and scale

    POS transit systems

    (NCMC, QR, UPI, EMV, RFID).
  • Integrate payment platforms with EV chargers & transit devices.
  • Ensure compliance:

  • Manage cross-functional teams: hardware, firmware, POS, and software.
  • Proven leadership in scaling engineering teams and deployments.

Required Experience

10+ years in Lead R&D EV chargers, POS transit systems, fintech, or power electronics.

Strong expertise in high-speed AC/ DC chargers, payments, NFC/RFID, and cloud platforms.

Leadership experience in scaling engineering teams & large deployments.
