Company: Himalayan Distillery The incumbent shall oversee the entire distillation process, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while optimizing efficiency. Manages liquefaction, fermentation, distillation, and ZLD operations to maintain high ENA production standards. Works closely with quality, R&D, and production teams to ensure consistency and innovation Competencies Required Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemical Engineering, Alcohol/Food Technology, or related field. 15+ years of experience in distillery operations, preferably atmospheric distillation. Expertise in fermentation, distillation, and ZLD processes. Experience with process automation, quality management, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in lean manufacturing and process optimization. Hands-on experience with modern distillation equipment, control systems, and PLC/SCADA.
