Job Description

Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and X Ads
.
Research and select relevant keywords, target audiences, and ad formats.
Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns to improve performance.

2. Creative & Landing Pages

Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Work on
landing page design, content, and A/B testing
to improve conversion rates.
Ensure alignment between ad messaging and landing page content.

3. Analytics & Reporting

Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, etc.).
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

4. Budget & ROI Management

Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
Forecast performance and adjust strategies based on campaign results.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2- 4 years of hands-on experience in
paid media campaign management
.
Proven expertise in
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook), and X Ads
.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
.
Experience in
landing page optimization and A/B testing
.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging ad copy and visuals.
