What Youll Do

Lead with Vision: Provide strategic leadership across multiple engineering teams, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Own a Multi-Product Portfolio: Oversee the architecture, delivery, and performance of multiple productsbalancing priorities, resourcing, and timelines.

Scale Engineering Excellence: Define and evolve best practices, processes, and quality standards that improve velocity, maintainability, and performance.

Drive Product Delivery: Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.

Foster Innovation: Champion modern development practices, tools, and technologies to keep teams and products ahead of the curve.

Grow Top Talent: Build and scale globally distributed, high-performing teams. Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and engineering leaders.

Execute the Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term technology strategy and execution plans.

Lead Change: Identify and lead initiatives to improve engineering productivity and drive organizational transformation.

What You’ll Bring

Proven leadership experience at the Sr Engineering (Technical) Manager  above, managing global engineering teams and driving performance across multiple product lines.

Hands-on background in software development with deep knowledge of modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.

Demonstrated success scaling teams, improving engineering operations, and delivering complex software products.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills—comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.

Data-driven decision-making with a passion for operational excellence.

Prior international exposure, with experience traveling to and working across global markets such as Sri Lanka, the United States, and Australia.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
