Lords of Detailing is a premium automotive detailing brand, committed to delivering world-class car care services through innovation, expertise, and precision. We are looking for a Chief Trainer cum Detailer Expert who can lead training, maintain service excellence, and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on training sessions for new recruits and franchise staff on detailing techniques, tools, and products.
• Maintain and ensure adherence to Lords of Detailing’s SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Deliver expert-level detailing services, including paint correction, ceramic coating, interior & exterior detailing, and PPF applications.
• Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and develop skill enhancement programs.
• Assist franchise units in service quality management and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest detailing technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Support business expansion by ensuring uniform service standards across locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in automotive detailing.
• Proven expertise in ceramic coating, PPF, polishing, and detailing processes.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or team leadership is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel between Noida and Nawada locations when required.
• Passion for cars, detailing, and customer satisfaction.
