Key Responsibilities

   for Crunchy Sip’s edible product line and drive technical innovations.
• Develop, refine, and optimize product formulations for stability, texture, and taste.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into

  scalable processes

• Build and manage a small technical team as production scales.
• Ensure compliance with

  food safety and quality standards

  .
• Oversee technical documentation, trials, and continuous product improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in

  Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering

  , or a related field.
• Proven experience in

  R&D / NPD (New Product Development)

   — preferably in baked, snack, or confectionery products.
• Understanding of

  food machinery compatibility and production-scale transitions

  .

• Hands-on mindset

   with a knack for problem-solving and experimentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and ownership skills.
