· Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients and business
partners.
· Keep track of communication and follow-ups with LinkedIn connections.
· Leveraging other prospect databases and Sales Tools for lead generation
· HR: First point of contact for Employees around breadth of HR related areas and develop effective
working relationships with all stakeholders
· Supporting and Coordinating for End-to-End Recruitment Process including Sourcing Profiles
from Naukri/Monster, 3rd Party Vendors, Evaluation, Checking References and Informing Candidates
· MBA with specialization in HR and Marketing
· Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
