Job Summary

dynamic and high-potential Chief of Staff Strategy & Operations

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Founder & MD to
develop, manage, and execute strategic business initiatives
across group companies.
Support
business planning, market research, financial modeling
, and decision-making processes.
Coordinate
cross-functional teams
to ensure alignment and on-time execution of strategic priorities.
Drive
new business strategy
, from ideation to execution, including evaluating business models and building go-to-market plans.
Monitor and track the progress of strategic and operational initiatives, proactively flagging
risks or deviations
.
Prepare
board-level presentations, reports, and review documents
for internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a key
liaison between the Founder’s office and internal/external teams
.
Lead or support
special projects, M&A evaluations, partnerships, and operational reviews
as required.

Key Requirements

Minimum
4 years of experience
in
strategy, operations, management consulting, or business planning
.
Strong understanding of
finance, business models, and operational frameworks
.
Preference for candidates with
pharma sector experience
.
Exceptional
communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
.
Highly
organized, analytical
, and able to thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment
.
MBA from IIMs or CA
with significant strategic and operational exposure is mandatory.
Prior experience working with
founders or CXOs
is a strong advantage.
Willingness to work from
Chennai
and travel occasionally as per business needs.
