Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Merchandising Officer located in Kolhapur. The Chief Merchandising Officer will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies, overseeing product selection, and managing vendor relationships. The role involves analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions. The officer will also lead the merchandising team to drive sales performance and ensure the company’s retail objectives are achieved.
