Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolhapur for a Chief Merchandising Officer. The Chief Merchandising Officer will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of business planning, managing retail operations, and driving sales strategies. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, managing product assortments, coordinating with suppliers, and leading the merchandising team to achieve company goals.
