Chief Marketing Operations (Wire Cable Industry Exp. only)

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing & Planning
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Establish branding, promotional, and advertising initiatives to enhance market presence.
• Sales & Business Development
• Drive B2B and B2G sales for wire and cable products in domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and key accounts.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and long-term supply agreements.
• Operational Management
• Oversee the marketing operations team, ensuring effective coordination between sales, logistics, and production.
• Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, and supply chain alignment with marketing demand.
• Ensure smooth execution of tender submissions, project bids, and government contracts.
• Financial & Performance Management
• Prepare annual marketing budgets and monitor spending against targets.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales campaigns.
• Ensure profitability by optimizing pricing strategies and cost efficiencies.
