Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the overall marketing strategy at Rudra Innovative Software Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for positioning the company as a top-tier IT solutions provider, enhancing brand awareness, driving qualified leads, and supporting the company’s growth goals through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Strengthen Rudra’s brand positioning in IT markets.
• Lead all marketing functions including digital marketing, brand management, content marketing, performance marketing, and corporate communications.
• Oversee lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies in coordination with the sales and business development teams.
• Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitors to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.
• Drive inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution with clear ROI tracking.
• Mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader in an IT services or technology-driven company.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, B2B marketing strategies, and global brand development.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
• Experience in international markets and the IT outsourcing industry is a strong advantage.
