Chief Marketing Officer

As a Marketing Lead, your role involves leading and overseeing the planning and execution of various digital marketing, advertising, content, and PR campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through performance marketing and data-driven insights. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly. - Managing the marketing budget and effectively allocating resources for maximum ROI. - Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing marketing team across various functions such as brand, digital, and communications. - Representing the brand at key industry events, media interactions, and partnership opportunities. - Reporting on marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI to the executive leadership and board.
