Role - Chief Manager SECC Sales

Grade - M3H1

Division - SECC

Location - Ahmedabad

Department - Sales

Reports to - VP SECC

Reportee - 2

Team Size - 3 - 4

Roles and Responsibility

Conducting marketing visits, reviews & devising strategies for attainment of periodical budgeted targets and improvement of market share

Reviewing and interpreting competition after in-depth analysis of market information for providing inputs to modify/ restructure sales strategies.

Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of periodical targets.

Managing service operations & accountable for delivery of value-added customer service.

Initiating product launch activities

Brand building- Organizing seminars with end users, dealers meet for clients to create awareness of the company and its product. Delivering presentations, direct mailer campaigning for customers to create brand positioning. Planning and implementing Marketing Communication Plan in consultation with management for implementing marketing collateral activities throughout the financial year.

Budgeting of marketing activities

Management Information System Review/Updates of MIS with the BU head/ reporting officer on business performance and future planning

Process Improvement Study and mapping the existing operational processes and recommending changes to make business operations cost effective and to reduce the response time to customer and improve the quality of customer service

Process auditing and review Being an auditee and auditor ensures the follow of process in line to the defined guidelines with the data backup. Auditing processes of other departments, report generation and review submission to higher management

New technology development Conducting field trials of new technologies for wastewater treatment and sharing the results with management for the development and implementation of technology on a larger scale.

Dealer / Channel Management Identifying & networking with dealers/ channel partners, resulting in market penetration & reach and evaluating performance & monitoring their sales and marketing activities.

Coordinating with various distribution channels for achieving the sales target and motivating dealers and executives to meet companys objectives.
