Role & responsibilities

Band/Designation:

Job Purpose:

Drive business growth and AUM for the assigned UFC by executing sales and business development strategies in line with regional and corporate objectives, while managing UFC operations and key distributor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed business targets for AUM, fund mobilization, IFAs empaneled, and new investor acquisition.
Manage overall UFC operations, administration, expenses, and profitability.
Develop and grow key accounts, including large IFAs, HNIs, and non-individual distributors.
Lead, coach, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver on targets.
Formulate region-specific growth strategies and market development plans.
Conduct investor meets, distributor meetings, training programs, and participate in finance fairs.
Ensure timely fund collection, efficient infrastructure usage, and adherence to compliance norms.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery, complaint resolution, and post-sales support.
Maintain strong relationships with institutions in coordination with institutional marketing teams.
Promote a culture of compliance, diversity, leadership, and strong brand representation.
