Role & responsibilities

• Experienced in managing projects from post-award to completion, including detailed budget planning and resource forecasting.
• Should have good knowledge in the execution of projects, Vendor management, good knowledge of Commercial & Contractual terms, Client Management, Project Management Skills, Forecasting, HSE
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety sProvide technical guidance and leadership to the team throughout project phases.
• Conduct progress reviews, risk assessments, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Manage client communication, reporting, and approvals.
• Skilled in coordinating with subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and handling local purchases and payments
• Proven track record of engaging with local bodies and political entities to ensure seamless project execution.
• Experienced in managing change claims and processing them through to realization.

Education

Required Education Qualification: Candidate should be a graduate in BE in Civil/ Electrical engineering from a University or institute recognized by the Govt. of India or a State Government.

Prior Experience :

Min 10years in OHE/ Metro Rail / Railway / Railway PSUs / Metro Related Infrastructure Industries
