The IT Project cum Platform Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery and ongoing management of key technology initiatives and enterprise platforms. The role combines project management excellence with platform ownership - ensuring that digital solutions are implemented effectively, maintained efficiently, and continuously enhanced to meet evolving business needs.

Position Summary

Key aspects of the role include overseeing end-to-end project execution, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring seamless platform performance post go-live. The incumbent will also be accountable for platform stability, enhancements, vendor coordination, and user adoption.
This role requires a balance of strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that IT systems deliver measurable business value while maintaining high standards of governance, security, and user experience.

Position Demands

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree
4+ years of experience in project management and delivery

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
2. Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders — including business users, developers, testers, and external vendors — to ensure seamless project execution. 3. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage dependencies, resources, and deliverables. 4. Monitor project performance through appropriate tools and metrics, proactively addressing risks, issues, and deviations from plan. 5. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost using established governance and change-control processes. 6. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project and operational risks. 7. Prepare and present regular project status reports and escalate critical issues to senior management when required. 8. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, business partners, and third-party vendors to ensure successful collaboration. 9. Oversee documentation of project requirements, technical specifications, and post-implementation reviews. 10. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery processes, governance, and platform performance. 11. Define the roadmap for the platform
