Job Purpose

Chief Manager Fee Products to spearhead the development, marketing, and sales of insurance, value-added services (VAS), and insure-tech solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the insurance sector and cutting-edge insure-tech trends, coupled with strong sales and leadership acumen. This role involves extensive travel, collaboration with diverse teams, and a commitment to innovation in customer experience. Proficiency in Hindi and other languages is essential, along with a proven track record in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage innovative insurance and VAS offerings, leveraging emerging insure-tech trends such as AI, blockchain, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with tech teams to integrate digital tools that streamline sales processes, claims management, and customer onboarding.
• Stay updated on global insure-tech innovations and apply them to enhance product delivery and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all product-related activities.
• Strategically planning and executing the rollout of new offerings.
• Analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
• Enhance user experience through the deployment of self-service tools, mobile apps, and digital engagement solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards

Qualifications

Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Other certified course is plus.

Experience

8+ years in Insurance or core sector.

Functional Competencies

• Proven experience in product management, with a preference for the financial sector.
• Familiarity with insure-tech platforms and tools is an advantage
• Proficiency in Hindi; proficiency in other regional languages is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
