Role Summary:

As a

Product Manager

for our insurance modules modernization initiative, you will be a key player in transforming our core systems. You will partner with a subject matter expert (SME) to lead the modernization of critical insurance modules, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong background in technology-driven product development.

What will you do?

Collaborate with a dedicated SME to understand existing policy administration, claims, and reinsurance systems.
Define the product vision and roadmap for the modernization of core insurance modules.
Translate business needs and legacy system capabilities into clear, actionable requirements for a new, modern platform.
Drive the product development process from ideation through to launch and optimization, working closely with engineering and architecture teams.
Ensure the new modules are scalable, flexible, and integrate seamlessly with other systems.
Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, technical complexity, and stakeholder feedback.
Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring the modernized modules improve efficiency and experience for all users.

What skills required?

8+ years of experience in product management.
Strong background in the insurance domain, with deep knowledge of policy administration, claims, and reinsurance.
Proven experience in core system modernization or large-scale digital transformation projects.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and managing complex product backlogs.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to partner effectively with a technical SME.
