Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Manager to lead our Business Monitoring and Governance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business monitoring and governance, with excellent leadership and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive business monitoring and governance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring effective risk management practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business plans, aligning with organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in business monitoring and governance, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge practically.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
