Chief Learning Officer K-12 or online education

As a VP of Learning Experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational vision by driving innovation in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and student outcomes across all programs. Your expertise in education, modern learning science, and technology will be instrumental in advancing K-12 coding and AI education. Your key responsibilities will include defining and executing the learning vision, aligning with advancements in pedagogy, coding, and AI education for young learners. You will lead the design and continuous improvement of curriculum across all grade levels, introducing new and future-ready learning tracks. Leveraging the latest AI and learning platforms, you will deliver personalized, interactive, and outcome-driven learning experiences. Additionally, you will oversee teacher training programs to ensure world-class instruction quality and set high benchmarks for student progress through assessments and data-driven improvements. Collaborating with academic institutions, edtech platforms, and industry experts will be essential to strengthen educational offerings and brand authority. As a public voice for educational philosophy, you will represent the brand at conferences, media events, and thought leadership forums. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in K-12 or online education with expertise in instructional design and pedagogy. A proven track record in building or scaling high-impact learning programs, particularly in coding, STEM, or AI, is highly desirable. Familiarity with educational products and platforms, as well as experience in coding education, AI-based learning tools, or curriculum strategy at scale, would be a bonus.
